From Ponte di Nava, towards Upega, there are several places to bathe in the Tanaro River, but also: fly fishing (trout).

Cinque Terre, a beautiful walking area, but very touristy. Day trip from Montegrosso.

It is a beautiful cycling area in Liguria; Hennie Kuiper - former pro race biker and world champion - said that he had trained a lot in these areas and knows the region very well. To be recommended!
Bussana Vecchia, the artists' village. Now very touristy. Completely abandoned after an earthquake and - partly - taken back into use and restored by a Dutch person.

Triora - where the notorious witch tribunal once was - is located on the hill to defend itself against the Moors.
